DO NOT PAY FEES FOR 6TH GRADE STUDENTS For parents/guardians of Mattawan Consolidated School Grades 7-12 student(s):Fees for the 2023-2024 school year will be as follows: This will be a one-time, annual fee per student regardless of the number of extra-curricular activites in which a student participates. The fees are as follows: $150 per High School participant ($300 maximum per family if all participants are high school age) $75 per Middle School participant ($150 maximum per family if all participants are middle school age) $300 maximum per family if participants in the family are a combination of high and middle school. Reduced rates are available for families who demonstrate financial need. In order to apply for reduced rates, families must apply online at www.lunchapp.com. This application is the same document used for free and reduced lunch benefits. Families who meet the qualifications on the application will then have access to reduced rates for breakfast, lunch, and Pay to Participate fees. If you are going to participate in one or more of the following team sports, you must complete registration and payment for pay to participate: HIGH SCHOOL (9-12 grades) or MIDDLE SCHOOL (7-8 grades only): Alpine Ski, Baseball, Basketball, Bowling, Competitive and Sideline Cheer, Cross Country, Football, Golf, Hockey, Lacrosse, Softball, Soccer, Swimming, Tennis, Track, Volleyball and Wrestling. Please complete one registration for each student. Registration and fees if applicable are due prior to the first competition.
